Their response was simply they don't have vegan options but offer vegetarian options that have dairy. They suggested that once I get on board ask someone if I can substitute certain things. I saw a few YouTube videos where people had vegan options available for them and stated that they only had to contact RC customer service at least 90 days prior to boarding. cb at sea Posted October 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2017 They DO have "vegan" options....call again, and ask to speak to the "special needs" dept.....and yes, once onboard, you will need to co-ordinate with the head waiter....they will make suggestions for the next day's food.
