Tour conductor credit

That is not unusual. You basically get 1 tour credit per 8 rooms and the credit is based on an average of the cruise fares for all your cabins. So if you add 1 lower cost inside cabin to a group of 9 balcony cabins the average will come down. It would work the opposite if you had mostly inside cabins and added a balcony. Based on a normal tour credit you have earned 2 credits of the average of your cabins. Add 2 more cabins and you credit will jump considerably.

All this is assuming you do not have any specials on your tour credit in your group.
