waterlily22 Posted October 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 17, 2017 Hello Cruise Critic friends, I would like to know about any experiences anyone has had having a cabin behind an elevator, such as Aloha 431, or Baja 433 on the Coral or Island? We are wondering about noise, vibration, etc. We will be on a 20 day cruise and really don't want a noisy cabin. Thank you. easyboy Posted October 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 17, 2017 We once stayed in a cabin beside the scenic elevator and we were not bothered by any noise. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Tucker in Texas Posted October 18, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2017 I always book a cabin as close to the elevator as I can and I've never had a noise problem from the elevator or from people waiting or getting off. Ironically, people are "afraid" of those cabins and are usually easy to book plus they are sometimes cheaper than cabins a little further away from the elevator in the same category. jennybenny Posted October 18, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 18, 2017 We had a cabin behind the elevator on the Crown Princess, Caribe Deck, C425. We did not have any noise problems from passengers or the elevator. It was great.
