Booking Spa Appointments?

I thought I remembered some very good husband booking spa appointments for his very lucky wife in an earlier thread and realized I should book my spa appointments in advance too BUT... I can't figure out how to do it! Do I call Carnival? Is there a way to do it online? I recall also that if I wait, I'm going to not get a time or day that I want.

You can't book them 'til you get aboard the ship. Once there, you can either phone the spa...or physically go there
