Navigator Cruise 12/8 - 12/17 Alcohol Question

Hello: This is our first cruise with Royal. We have been on Celebrity & Holland America.

Checking out the drink package - seems really high for the 2 of us.

I don't see anywhere that you can buy a bottle for your room? Can that happen?

Also I see some talk of drink cards? Will that be an option?

We just decided to do this & are excited!

Bottles are available on some ships, the trick is to look at the on board gifts. Unfortunately, not available on this ship :(

You can bring 2 bottles of wine on board, 1 for each adult over 21.

Pay as you go... Then consider the drink cards... I think it’s a better value, especially now that both people in a room require the package if you go that route.

Wine allotment is 2 750ml bottles per stateroom no matter how many adults over 21 in the room. Still the same number in the end, but some people do get this mixed up.

Not always. A person sailing solo still gets two bottles as does a stateroom with three or four adults.

Correct, that's what I was stating. What some were getting confused was they thought it was 1 bottle per person, so if 3 adults in the room they were under the impression they got three.
