Cabin does not exist

Been trying to book cabin for christmas 2018 on Oriana but keep being told cabin chosen does not exist. Has this happened to anybody else?

 

Yes, it used to happen all the time when you searched by cabin number. I thought that they had sorted it but obviously not. IT is not P&O’s strong point. If you have a specific cabin in mind, it’s best to call P&O direct to ask them. Their advisers have access to information for all cabins whereas the online system only shows a few for each grade and the ‘search by cabin’ facility is unreliable, as you have discovered.

That happened to us when we tried to book last week. We knew the cabin did exist as we'd been in it on a previous cruise. We decided to ring P&O and book direct rather than online, and they were able to allocate the cabin we wanted.
