I check these boards regularly and am thankful several of you posted positive reviews of Mazatlan Frank. My wife and I just came back from a HAL trip that stopped in Mazatlan. Frank delivered everything as promised. Frank's tour is a great way to spend the day there. In fact, given that the city lacks the energy of Puerto Vallarta and the aquatic amenities of Cabo, taking the more cultural route with Frank may be the most rewarding thing to do in Mazatlan.
