It is listed on your boarding pass. You will also receive a letter from HAL outlining their plan of the boarding. Have a good trip.
If you mean a snail-mail letter, I don't recall ever receiving one, including on the K-dam which used staggered boarding times. We got an email, which said if we gave them a cell phone number they would text us if we could board earlier than the assigned time.

We are 5 star on HAL but Jan 3 will be our first time boarding the Koningsdam. Normally we get to the terminal in FLL about 1100 and do our check-in and then get to board in the first group starting about 1130. For those that have sailed the Koningsdam please let us know the difference in the boarding process from the other HAL ships.

We need to turn in our rental car by 1000 so really don't want to sit in the terminal for hours.

We were just on the 4-day which was the first one out of FLL. Our boarding pass said 2:00 PM. Subsequently we got an email saying the boarding would be by deck (IIRC starting at the top at 2:00) because of the required Coast Guard and CDC inspections. As I said above, if we gave them a cell number they would text us if it changed. We dropped our bags off about 11:00 and went off port to get lunch. We returned around 1:00 and found they had already started boarding. As 4-star we checked in and went aboard immediately.

I've read that this staggered boarding has been tried on other HAL ships also, and was treated as a "suggested" time, and that people showing up earlier were not held back. As 5-star I would think you would be allowed to board as soon as it started, around 11:30, regardless of what it says on the boarding pass or an email.
