Boo37dog Posted November 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2017 Can someone help please. We are embarking from Hong Kong on the celebrity millennium and it will be docked here for one night departing 6pm the next day. Normal muster for all passengers is 3pm on the day, does this mean we have to wait for this and then go off the boat to explore if we wish? Rare Keith1010 Posted November 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2017 My experience is that it would be on the second day in the late afternoon. You can post on the Celebrity Board to see if anyone has done a similar itinerary. Keith
easyboy Posted November 5, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 5, 2017 Muster drills are usually done around an hour before sailing.
dsrdsrdsr Posted November 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2017 I don't know about Celebrity, but in my experience of a passenger is on shore for whatever reason when lifeboat drill is held, they do a separate one later for any absentees. Rare Hlitner Posted November 8, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 8, 2017 It would normally be about 1 - 1/12 hours before the scheduled departure. For those that would be ashore and not get back on time there would be a make-up session at a later time (that same day). Hank
