lcgvol Posted November 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2017 It has been a few years since I've cruised Royal Caribbean and I was wondering...Is there supposed to be a payment tab on the Countdown to Cruise page? I have 6 tabs and I have looked in all of them but cannot find any reference to the price I paid, deposit,or balance. I'd post a screenshot, but this website blocks most image hosts except the worst ones, like photobucket. If you booked through a travel agent, you must make payments through them. These are the tabs that are showing: Overview, Messages,Cruise Planner, Cruise Docs, Cruise Details, and Tips&Reminders. No Payment tab. . I guess I'll just have to call and see if they can fix it. Did you by chance, become part of a group reservation? If that's the case then you can no longer pay online. That's just happened to me last week.
