Payment tab on Countdown to Cruise page (Where is it??)

It has been a few years since I've cruised Royal Caribbean and I was wondering...Is there supposed to be a payment tab on the Countdown to Cruise page? I have 6 tabs and I have looked in all of them but cannot find any reference to the price I paid, deposit,or balance. I assume RC has something similar to Carnival where you can make payments, etc. Am I missing something?

Mine is right in the middle, but I have 7 tabs. I'd post a screenshot, but this website blocks most image hosts except the worst ones, like photobucket.

 

If you booked through a travel agent, you must make payments through them. You can only do payments with RCI directly if you booked through them.

There should be a green tab on the cruise countdown page that says “make a payment”

Unless you booked directly with Royal there will not be a payment tab on your cruise countdown page. Payment will be made through your travel agent.

I booked directly through Royal by phone back in July. There is no green tab at all. These are the tabs that are showing:

 

Overview, Messages,Cruise Planner, Cruise Docs, Cruise Details, and Tips&Reminders. No Payment tab.

I guess I'll just have to call and see if they can fix it.

Did you by chance, become part of a group reservation? If that's the case then you can no longer pay online. That's just happened to me last week.

I do have the red message but there is no green MAKE A PAYMENT button below it.

I am not part of a group reservation that I know of. In fact, this is the first one in ten years that we are not.
