Allure of the Seas Star Class Dining

On the Oasis in 2016 Dreamworks was not included. Chef's table was included then but in 2017 we were charged $25 for the Chef's Table because there were having too many people (I would guess Star Class) that booked thru their genie but never showed up or canceled. It was worth the $25 and certainly cheaper than the regular cost. Again, this was on Oasis. We will be on Anthem this September and have been wondering if it would be the same $25 or if it was included on the Anthem. Star Class is an incredible way to spend a cruise but I think too many people do not think it is important to be accountable when they ask their genie to make reservations for them and then just never show up.
