Trying to decide if I should upgrade to Ocean Suite on Sunshine! We have been on OS on the Dream and loved it, are the OS on Sunshine the same size as the Dream? Thanks for helping. The price difference is in my budget $400 total for 8 day cruise

Easy answer is to figure out how much time you would like to spend alone in the room. if, like me, your only there to shower and sleep then I prefer to use the money on other cruise related things, however if you enjoy alone time just you on the balcony, then its money well spent.
