Partial refund on cheers package

In general any "cancellation" due to non-sailing passenger of a pre-purchased item from the online stores must be made 48 hours prior to embarkation day, along with notifying cruise line of the cancelled passenger. Though in the case of a check-in "no-show" after a port or 2 the ship might put the amount of the package as OBC to the cabin or future cruise credit in the no-show persons name. There is really no way to know without contacting the online FunShops to really know how it will be handled, 1-800-522-7648 9am-6pm EST.
