For more practical advice I would ask on the disabled cruise forum of this site.

 

However I did find this information from the taxi union regarding the number of taxis. I know you are supposed to be able to ask for a taxi with ramp from the dispatcher at the port but I don’t know how that works in practice with regards how long you would have to wait.

 

I think it depends whether you want a tour round the island to wheelchair accessible sites, or just a ride from A to B. I would warn you that travel along the sidewalks would not be very easy from my experience with a stroller. If you want a tour we have always used ToursPlaza. I would contact Eduardo to see if they can acquire a van for the day.
