Yvonne Posted December 14, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I booked our 7-night Mariner cruise a year ago, for myself and husband, and his two sisters and their husbands. We paid with our credit card, then they paid us back. Monday we received one sister's documents in the regular mail. Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. the UPS delivered the other two sets of documents. We all live within half a mile of each other. Strange that the documents weren't ALL sent the same way, at the same time. Oh well!! FINALLY able to do the DOCUMENT DANCE!!! Woo Hoo!!! :)
wrp96 Posted December 14, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I know what you mean. My mom, aunt, and I leave on Rhapsody on Sunday - we're all in the same stateroom so have one set of docs. Right before Thanksgiving, our docs came via Postal Service. Last week, RCI decided to resend our documents to us. This time they came UPS. DEL67 Posted December 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 14, 2005 I have wondered the same thing. For example, my sister made her reservation for our recent transatlantic at the same time we did, but received her documents 3 weeks after we did. critterchick Posted December 14, 2005 #4 Share Posted December 14, 2005 Did you all book directly with Royal Caribbean? We book through an agency, so they send the documents to the TA first, who then sends them on to us, which will mess up the delivery time. I don't what sense that makes, really.
