Is there still plenty of shade there since the hurricanes? Am I correct that there are loungers if you take the Secret Sands ship excursion, but none for rent if you are doing this on your own? And is there still a $5 fee for entering Smith Bay park?

I can't comment on the hurricane damage but do know that you can rent chairs on your own. Yes there is a $5 entry fee per person because it's a national park.
