no1racefan1 Posted January 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2018 I booked a 2019 British Isles cruise the day it became available, at full price. I am banking on at least one sale coming around before then that I can rebook under. The required deposit was $626 dollars. If a sale includes a smaller refundable deposit such as $100, would I get the extra amount refunded back to my card or would it just be applied to my total balance? Papa Yoda Posted January 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2018 Rebook is a 2 step process: Cancel original booking, then book again under the promotion. Cancel and get your deposit refunded, then book again with lower deposit. If your cabin category is sold out, you might lose the cabin.

I personally call me PVP at Princess and he will just refare the fare for the current promotion Keep in mind that sometimes the $100 deposit is non-refundable. Prices might go up to compensate for the special.
