Looking for a local tour operator

It seems when I search TA and CC all I find is water excursion operators in Grand Caymen. Here's what we want to do:

 

7 Mile Beach

Hell

See different parts of Grand Caymen

Do some shopping

 

Not sure if I can find a tour operator that will do this, but does anyone have any suggestions?

Except for Hell we are looking for a similar visit. I don't want snorkeling and have no interest in visiting Hell (Grand Caymen or otherwise). I don't know if there is a private tour operator that will do just these things or not. I have to check some tour operator posts here on CC for both Caymen and Coz.
