Onboard Pricing ?

Last summer, we took our first cruise on MSC DIVINA. While onboard, we booked for SEASIDE on 6/30. We were told we could do one price adjustment if an advertised fare was lower.

 

MSC is currently running a 2 for 1 promo but our category shows as sold out. Does anyone know if they still will adjust the category if it shows sold out and Is there any way to find out what the price would be to see if it is worth hanging on to try to get someone in customer service for a price adjustment?
