Dreamworks Character Breakfast Qs

2 soon-to-be seniors who enjoy character meals (don't judge us lol) who noticed that there is one offered the am of our disembarkation on Oasis.

 

Is there any sort of buffet set up aside from whatever breakfast menu offered? Mr picky, only will eat bacon/toast/fruit.

 

Had read older reviews there was a small buffet and 'themed' breakfast menu didn't see anything current via a search

 

Re characters, fan of the penguins;), see them featured on the website but going to assume they are subject to change?

We just did the character breakfast with our 4 year old grandson on Anthem of the Seas. There was no buffet. It was order off a menu, with table service. They bring out two characters. One was a larger character where the children had to go to the front of the room for pictures and the second character was smaller where they went table to table to do pictures with the children. You have no idea which two characters will be featured for each breakfast. We had Pho and King Julien.

To me it seems a little odd to offer this on the disembark day

Guess I'll need to dig more for menu. Would think along line of regular breakfast one
