Any recommendations on a car service or shuttle to get us from TIlbury to Heathrow?

These are a couple of fairly local taxi firms. Try getting a quote from both - they are likely to be cheaper than booking someone from around Heathrow. You could register with Uber and use them.

I don't dispute your recommendations (I have never taken a cab to or from Tilbury), but those firms appear to be based in Brent Cross and Morden respectively - hardly "fairly local" to Tilbury [emoji846]
