Infinity 24th, 2019 - charter?

We are interested in booking this 12 day Mediterranean cruise on Infinity on August 24th, 2019. We would like a Concierge or Veranda stateroom, but today Celebrity shows only a few Concierge rooms in the back and a few Veranda rooms in the front part of the ship. All other staterooms show as not available. The same picture shows on two TA-Websites: Only a few Cat. 2C and C3 are left for sale. Is it possible that one and a half year before sailing all staterooms in the other categories and more desirable locations are already sold? Does anybody know if this cruise has been chartered by some organization?
