bethshebas Posted January 9, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2018 Just got off the Valor yesterday and I must say I wasdelighted by the ship. I am working on my review and will post it later. The Valor does have fitness classes but they are not listedon the Fun Times Schedule. You have to go up to the gym and pick one up. I amposting the schedule from my four day cruise below. While you are in the gym, please say hello to my sweet gentleAga, the fitness instructor. She has awonderful heart. She said she was “allabout fitness and if you are healthy on the inside it shows on the outside” I hope you can read my attachment.
alyaly Posted January 9, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2018 So happy to hear you had a great experience! I used to be a fitness instructor at sea.... on the HAL Noordam, though. We all worked for the same company, Steiner. I loved it, was such a great experience! I’m taking the carnival conquest in a few weeks and can’t wait to participate in their classes :) Sent from my iPhone using Forums

bethshebas Posted January 10, 2018 Author #7 Share Posted January 10, 2018 If you take 3 classes, the class pass is worth it. Next trip I am definitely getting it and I am going to try the cycling class. Hopefully Aga will be there. She said she would.
