You can arrange for a private van from SuperShuttle, it will take 9 passengers maxium. They have a web site at http://www.supershuttle.com for more info, or you can call 1-800-BLUE-VAN. I just checked the web site for a fare quote, and it's $75 (plus tip) for the entire van, one-way from SFO to the pier area.

I have used Flavia Limo (flavialimo.com) from Oakland Airport to hotels at Fisherman's Wharf for about $60 one way. I think it's about $45 to SFO from Fisherman's Wharf, which should include the cruise piers. We had a Licnoln Towncar, which would accommodate four, depending on luggage. I know she has stretch limo's that will accomodate more, but I don't know if that could take nine in one vehicle.

I would definitley recommend Flavia, and if you're lucky you may get Flavia herself. She's a real sweetheart.

Regards
