Upgrading Photo Package While on Board?

Two questions really:

1. If I have the photo package, can I buy the photos of my parents that will be in another room?

2. If I buy the 20 photos and decide on board that I want 30, can I upgrade my package? or am I paying a la carte at that point?

 

Looking at going on a two week cruise and I don't know just how many photos I'll want to bring back. But I know I will want some.

From what I understand it's per cabin. So you can't combine several cabins to make a package. But maybe somebody's been able to do that. And do you already have the photo package? I always wait to buy the photo package until I'm on board because I never know which one I want to get or what special they may be running :-)

It might be best to just wait until we get on board. I don't know if it's cheaper to prepay the package or not.

I haven’t heard of anyone being able to upgrade it later.

 

Someone from your cabin must be in each of the pictures in your package. You can purchase pictures of them but they are a la carte.

 

Purchasing online precruise will give you some bonus prints. 1 on the 10; 3 on the 20; and 5 on the 30

 

We always repurchase our photo package. One less thing to pay for on the ship.

Oh good to know about the extra 5 prints! I hadn't seen that becuse I've not clicked into the offers. Does that still come with the usb like it does on the ship too?

We got one on the Star included. Escape we traded one bonus print for the usb. On the Sun, we had to buy it on the ship.

I am not sure what Latitudes rewards level you may be at but on our Epic cruise in December it was cheaper to buy our photos individually rather than a package because as a platinum level I got a great discount on individual photos but not photo packages. It may also depend on how many pictures you may want and the volume discount, we only purchased I think around 10-12 photos.

I'm platinum and get discounts on the photo packages. I use my discount on Photo packages every cruise, and was even allowed to use my Platinum discount when I bought our luau photos on the pride of America.
