ddberry Posted January 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2018 It sailed but should never have left dry dock. They are still putting things back together and many restrooms throughout the ship are still out of order. There are a lot of unhappy passengers on this cruise. Twice we’ve had to request an ozone generator in our room to get rid of the fumes from some sort of repairs being done in the adjacent cabin. The main pool was green the day we boarded, which was about 3 hours later than it should have been. Sent from my iPad using Forums
BigCruze Posted January 25, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted January 25, 2018 That sucks and that is why my TA advised me to not book a cruise on the first cruise out of dry dock. Cruising in April so I can't wait.

It's a shame that Carnival thinks they can release a partially completed refurb from dry-dock and expect customers to be happy with limited amenities. They do this with every ship and I don't sail the first month following dry-dock for that reason.
