TPA2005 Posted January 30, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2018 Hello, Changed a reservation yesterday from balcony to Jr Suite GTY. The category is J3 and online the booking shows "Junior Suite Accessible On Jewel Of The Seas" but "accessible" is not noted on the invoice. I just called and an agent assured me it is not an "accessible" category that we have booked. So just a website issue or should I continue to follow up to confirm we will not be assigned an accessible cabin? And it says cabin will not be assigned until full payment is made. Clarea Posted January 30, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2018 Thhere's a known bug in the website that messes up the description of guarantee categories. Ask for you booking confirmation, the correct category should show there. I did not think that final payment had to be made to get an assignment.
