Hot chocolate question

Is hot chocolate free or available with the Refreshment Package? Or is it not available at all on Liberty?

We were on the liberty last January. Hot chocolate packets were available in Sorrento by the coffee for free. If they are not out on the counter look in the cabinets right below or ask the waiter.

You can also get fancy hot chocolate at cafe promenade for a fee or covered by the refreshment or deluxe package. By fancy I mean with whip cream etc

Packets of powder (like Swiss miss) are free.

 

Or you can pay for chocolate syrup and milk all warmed up by the barista!
