Earliest time to get on Harmony?

Going on Harmony of the seas at the end of the month, and while doing the online check-in it required me to select an arrival time between 1 pm and 4 pm. Are these times hard and fast or can we get in the ship whenever? anyone have any experience getting on before the time they chose?

You can arrive whenever you want.

We are booked for an April cruise and got an 11 o’clock boarding they do it to stagger guest arrival so not everyone shows up at the same time. Not sure if they will let you on board earlier but my odds say they will
