But seriously, there are some great data bases on the web that give you historical averages...which are more meaningful then a cruiser giving you anecdotal info. Â So looking at March 21.....Hong Kong averages 20-16 (high-low). And for the same date Tokyo averages 13 - 6. If cruising between the two cities you can expect it to be cooler as you get closer to Tokyo. Many years ago I lived in Japan (for 2 years) and still remember that spring weather was pretty unpredictable (similar to the Northeast USA).
