Your cabin steward will assist in moving your things to the new cabin. Depending on the port, you may have to leave the ship to clear Customs, but then you would get right back on. Some ports, the ICE agents will come aboard and clear you. You will receive full instructions from Guest Services.

So do we need to inform the ship when checking in or will they know we are staying for the following cruise? Katie H Posted February 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 25, 2018 NCL usually has a note in the daily asking B2B guests to check in at guest relations early in the cruise. Then you should get a letter with instructions. When we changed cabins on Getaway, we received luggage tags showing old cabin number and new cabin number. Keep your luggage in your cabin. Leave things on hangars in the closet. We touched base with our new cabin steward a few days ahead. On change over day, we told him we were heading to breakfast. When we got back, he had everything moved. Easiest cabin move ever. We'll be boarding Getaway in a few hours, but no B2B this time.
