We were on the Legend last June and had FTTF. I think we had the Uber arrive at our downtown Seattle Hotel (the W) at 10:30am and we were walking into port at 10:45am. We sat for a bit once checked in and I am pretty sure we walked on the ship around 11:30-11:45ish.

I just snagged a FTTF last month for our August Alaska cruise. I don't know if it's necessary since they're all walk off ports. I also chose the early boarding time when I completed check in. However, we've enjoyed FTTF on other cruises and since it was available, I got it. Previously, we've been able to board by 11:30 or so.
