7/9/10 outside plus cabins

Hello.

 

We have booked a 7/9/10 outside plus cabin for our upcoming cruise on the Dream. I have stayed on this ship before on deck 7 in a outside plus. I have not booked a specific cabin and I am wondering if the views are restricted on decks nine and ten ??

 

Should I pre-book just in case I am given decks nine or ten ??

The Promanade Deck is on Deck 9 and the lifeboats are off Deck 10. Check them out on the deck plan. I think I would prefer to pay to choose the cabin, just in case.
