Newcruiser732 Posted March 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2018 I’m traveling on RCL Empress of the Seas to Cuba in the next few months. Can anyone that booked AFTER July 1st and has gone tell me if you are allowed to disembark in Cuba WITHOUT a booked excursion? I’ve been given “policy” but no concrete answer. I would like to spend one day doing my own thing.
Rare Keith1010 Posted March 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2018 Welcome to Cruise Critic. There is a dedicated cruise line board for RCI (other cruise lines too) that you may also wish to post this on at: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=-1&f=83 Keith
