We are on a Med cruise in September on the Vision of the Seas. We had a balcony booked and were wait listed for a JS. Got a call about a week ago one became available. We did take it, but you have to book at the current rate. If you are happy with your cabin and can do the cruise in it, I would wait list. Final payment is not due for a while yet.
