Tour suggestions for Genoa

Any suggestions for a tour that is half a day or so and decent for kids (8 through 13)? We don't want to make the trek to Milan which is what many of the cruise line excursions are for.

I had a hard time finding kid friendly activities in Genoa.

 

There’s an aquarium that has a behind the scenes tour. Maybe look for a food tour.

 

We ultimately did a walking tour that was interesting for the adults, not so much the kids.
