If I bid up to Haven, what perks come with it? I read where people explain most of the perks do not. But would Priority boarding still be included? The concierge and butler?

 

I guess being new to cruising I'm not sure what the standard perks are and what all Haven actually entails...

You keep your original Free at Sea promotions (often called perks). You do not get those associated with paying full price for a Haven room.

 

Haven rooms come with (varies by ship)

- 24-hour trained and certified suite butler. Fromunpacking your suitcase to pouring your champagne our butlers are at yourservice

- Concierge service to help you book dining, entertainment,shore excursions and more

- Courtyard attendant to take care of all your cold towels,fresh fruit, and sun deck refreshment needs

- White tablecloth in-suite dining

- Evening turndown service

- Priority when reserving restaurants and entertainment

- Exclusive access to The Haven Courtyard area with privatepool, sundeck, hot tub and fitness area

- Mobile phone that can be used throughout the ship(Available on Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Breakaway andNorwegian Epic)

- Distinctive platinum keycard

If you purchased NCL's travel insurance, you will pay an increase to cover the full cost of a Haven room

 

Your Daily Service Charge will increase to those associated with Haven rooms.

 

Remember that your butler and concierge are not included in your daily service charge and you will be expected to tip them separately.

 

Butler: $10-$20 per person in room per days of cruise ($10 x 2 people in room x 7 nights)

Concierge: $5-$10 per person in room per days of cruise

Steward (additional for cleaning your larger suite): $5-$10 per person in room per days of cruise
