Hawaii & Pacific coastal, shorex schedules?

I've been reviewing the Celebrity excursions for our B2B2B cruise to Hawaii and Pacific Coast Sept/Oct 2019. It's notorious that all excursions starts at 8:31 AM, and there are obviously several that have the wrong schedule like Drums of the Pacific Luau or Germaines Luau on Maui and Oahu, Twilight City Sightseeing in San Francisco. Somebody can confirm the correct schedule for this shorex?. Or Where / Whom can I write an email to request the correct times?
