How are the smoothies on Carnival Sunshine

I know that I am going on vacation and I shouldn't worry about this but every morning I have a healthy smoothie. I put either Kale of Spinach, and usually 3 types of fruit in it. Plus protein powder,oats and various supplements. I'm not going to carry on the protein, oats and supplements, but I'm starting to panic about not being able to get a healthy smoothie while on board. I see that they do offer smoothies, but what can I expect? I'm not opposed to getting what I need from the buffet and asking someone to blend it up if that's what I need to do. Unfortunately, they don’t offer that type of smoothie. As far as I know, they won’t blend it up even if you bring them the ingredients. If I’m wrong on this, please let me know. I would love a green smoothie in the morning.
