Sugarcane Mojito Bar Recipe

On our last trip I loved the pineapple coconut mojitos. I was wondering if anyone happens to have the recipe used on the ships so I can make at home.

Here is a recipe from NCL. Not sure if if differs from what is offered at Sugar Cane's but think it is the same.

We were big fans of the pineapple coconut mojito too. They were great on the Escape but on the Getaway the bartenders didn’t muddle the mint they just added the mint to the mix in the cocktail shaker. Didn’t taste the same.
