Norway, British Isles, Iceland...any Info Please !!

DH & I are booked on the Sea Princess for the July sailing of Norway, British Isles and Iceland.

We will be leaving from Southampton London. We would like to spend a couple of night in London before the cruise.

Any input on where to stay, how do we get to Southampton from London if we chose not to take transfers, etc. would be appreciated.

Any advice of port, and independent guides, weather, etc.

We have never been to Europe before, so are really looking forward to this trip.

We have a balcony on Aloha Deck, cabin 601.

There's a Britain forum and a British Isles forum here on CC, on which all of many of your questions have already been discussed. You may also find some answers lurking in the Baltics forum. Have a search in these forums to see the answers that have been given in the past. I suspect that no new answers will be able to add anything of substance to what others have already said.
