Help Food Question For Meraviglia and Seaside

Thinking of booking on one of theses ships next year, I know next to nothing about them except reviews I have read. My questions are can you request salt free diets and most important are there sugar-free desserts. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are definitely specialized meals they can prepare. You must contact MSC a few weeks before you sail and let them know of your dietary needs. Then you will meet with a chef once on board and they will review your needs and it should be smooth sailing (pun intended ) from there on. They handle these special meals extremely well . Also there are almost always sugar free options for dessert, but I would also mention this when you make the call about the salt free meals.
