ATMs on Magic

Does Magic have ATMs on board? What are the fees to use them? Is there currency exchange rates?

We have been on Magic more than once includg about a month ago...do not ever recall seeing ATM...but never looked for either...always made sure we had more than enough cash with us...not sure why you would need one?

I am 90% sure that there is one on the deck where guest services is.

Yes there is an ATM. Pretty sure I saw it near the shops with the jewelry. I know I saw one, just not 100% sure where. I didn’t see the fees however.

There definitely is an ATM, I'm remembering it on the floor with the shops but that could be wrong. I was afraid to look at the fees.

Every ship has an ATM, usually near guest services. They can run out of money in the middle of the cruise though, so I wouldn't depend on it.

There is a kiosk across from the shops where you can add cash to your acct, a red kiosk.

 

I dont beieve you can take money out but i never tried. Its not a ATM just a kiosk where you can print out your acct etc. Its usually not as crowded as the one near guest services.

 

You wanting to take cash out? if so this probably isnt it, just thought id mention it.

 

Ive seen people feeding it cash, so i know it accepts cash

I have been told not to use the ATM onboard because the fees are outrageous. They say to use your card and put it on your onboard account. Then use it at the casino and cash out. That is a smaller fee that the ATM fee.

AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES (ATM)

For our guests’ convenience, Automatic Teller Machines are located on the Promenade Deck or Mezzanine Deck.

 

There is a $6.00 fee per transaction for this service.

Fee Notification: The operator of the ATM will charge a fee for a cash withdrawal. This charge is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the guest’s financial institution. This additional charge will be added to the transaction amount and deducted from the guest’s account.

The daily withdrawal limit is $500.00.

Guests are able to withdraw funds and make balance inquiries on their checking and savings accounts while the ship is in port or at sea.

For questions or problems with the transaction, the guest needs to contact their financial institution directly.

Note: The supply of money may be depleted prior to the end of the cruise.

The ATM machines are operated and sponsored by one of the financial institutions listed below.

Automatic Teller Machines are featured on all ships.

If you do that, just make sure to play a spin or two so they don't see the slot being used like an ATM.

I saw the ATM on Magic last week. It was either on deck 3 or 5. I know fees are high, but we don't ever use the ATM, so I couldn't tell you what they are.

On a side note, this is also a good way to load up on extra reward points or cash back from your credit card.

The ATM on Magic is on deck 5 starboard side where you go around the corner to get to the elevators. Yes it's just ahead of the jewelry shops.
