Theme Parties in Spice H20 on the Epic???

I’ve heard that there are theme parties on the Epic at Spice H20. What are the parties and when (and after which port days) are they held on the Western Mediterranean Cruise?

People wear white clothing for the White Hot. Dance party. Look at You Tube for videos of both. Children can attend early on but it turns into adult only later on.
