gfountain1 Posted May 25, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2018 So we used some OBC available to help pay for our drink packages in the cruise planner. This morning with the memorial day sale, they are a bit cheaper. Question is, if I cancel and rebook them will my OBC be available to use or is it nonrefundable? Your OBC will come back instantly, as soon as you cancel.

S.S.Oceanlover Posted May 25, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2018 My current booking with a TA I have $100obc with RCI and $75 from the TA. Problem is it doesn't seem to apply my credit if buying anything in the cruise planner. Is this because I'm booked with a TA that I can't use it now? Could it be because I am part of a group booking? TIA Bill
gfountain1 Posted May 25, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted May 25, 2018 The RCI OBC should show up in the checkout page. It may show up a couple weeks before sailing like some of ours is supposed to. When we booked, it said in the small print that the TA issued OBC would be applied x weeks before sailing.
