i don’t get them. Or I don’t think I do?

 

1. What is the email address from which the RC sale emails come so I can search the junk and other files?

 

2. What’s the best way to contact RC to have them send me emails?

You can try contacting Crown & Anchor at 800-526-9723 . However, this is a long standing problem and it's entirely possible that Royal cannot fix it.
