Bliss deck 9 ?

Does anyone know what the bump out area outside rooms 9154 & 9156 on the Bliss deck plan is? Considering these two rooms for Alaska, are these lifeboats or an obstruction of some sort?

Sitting or standing on your balcony and looking outward you will have no obstruction of any kind.
