Logging onto personal page at X

Hi

Anyone else having problems logging on to their personal page on the X site? I've been trying for over 24 hours and all I get is a 'Try later' message.

What is going on?

I was having the same problem so called Celebrity. They told me the new webpage uses my email address and not the user ID. I told them it would have nice to be informed of that change and they need to indicate that on the log in page. But I got in without any further difficulty.

I tried your suggestion but it didn't work for me. perhaps that's because we're in the UK.

 

I called X and was given a temporary password which allowed me 24 hours to access my 'new' pages. I am now into my a/c and have set up my own password.
