South Shore Zip Line Reservations

We did South Shore Zip Line several years ago as part of an island tour with Victor Bodden. We will be back in Roatan next week:D:D and just want to do the Zip & Dip through South Shore. I see on their website that refunds for cancellations, even for weather, are subject to a 15% handling fee. Doesn't South Shore have a booth near the dock where we can sign up when we get there? Anyone have experience with their booth?

The website lists the directions to the booths at both cruise ship piers. You can print them out.

 

The "tours" include RT transportation, which is a good idea. But you can also just stop there and do a zip line.

 

If it were me, I'd contact them via email and ask your questions. I'm sure they would prefer prebooking as that gives them a head count for each pier. but I'd be surprised if they said no on booking at the kiosk when you arrive.
